Other products: We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to normal residential use in accordance with the provided installation and maintenance instructions.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered within one year of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Proof of purchase will be required for all claims. To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service department at info@inoxia.ca.

We currently offer shipping within Canada and the United States, except for the territories and Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada, and noncontiguous states in the United States.

All regular orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
